Having joined Haymond Insurance in 1999, Sharon Spencer has played a role in each stage of Haymond Insurance’s growth. This hometown girl has lived in Searcy most of her life and is committed to her family and her church.  Sharon is also committed to Haymond Insurance. She loves her job and takes it very seriously.  “I care about my customers and their needs. While I understand that one person cannot do it all, I am one person that does give it my all.  I am committed to Haymond Insurance, and I am committed to serving my customers to the very best of my ability,” shared Sharon.

 

Sharon and her husband, Bobby, are active members of West Race Baptist Church where they serve on various committees and love spending time in fellowship with their church family. Sharon said, “I believe it’s important to have a servant’s heart, but even more than that, it’s important to actually serve others.”

 

Hobbies can be a stress reliever. For Sharon, that stress reliever is cooking! “I love to cook.  My favorite time of the year is between Thanksgiving and Christmas when I seem to constantly be in the kitchen and passing on those homemade goodies to my family and friends.” You won’t find anyone in the Searcy office of Haymond Insurance complaining about this perk – homemade goodies from Sharon’s kitchen are always welcome.

 

When Sharon’s not working, cooking, spending time in church or with her grandson, Corbin, she and Bobby enjoy cruising. That is, they love to take cruises to get away from the hustle and bustle of life. Whether it’s taking a week-long cruise or a short weekend trip to Branson, the couple work hard and like to play hard.

 

Sharon was hired to answer the phones temporarily until a Personal Lines agent could be found in April of 1999.   Haymond Insurance was Incorporated in November of that same year.  She has been with Haymond Insurance ever since and has found her home in Personal Lines.   In the time that Sharon’s since and has found her home in Personal Lines.   In the time she's been working with us, she’s found that Haymond Insurance truly is 

a family and team. She expressed, “I am very blessed to be able to be a part of such a wonderful agency.”
